How does payment for Disney Adventure Cruise bookings work?
For bookings on the Pelago website, a 10% deposit is required upon confirmation, with the remaining 90% due 101 days before sailing.
The final balance will be automatically charged on the due date, unless other arrangements are made.
Promotional discounts will be included in the total cost. The payments are structured as 10% at booking and 90% 101 days before sailing.
For bookings on the Pelago and Kris+ App, full payment is required upfront upon confirmation.
What if the 90% balance payment was not successfully processed?
You will be notified promptly via the contact information provided at the time of booking.
A grace period of 7 calendar days will be provided to resolve the payment issue, during which you may update your payment information or make an alternate payment.
If the balance payment is not successfully resolved within the grace period, Pelago reserves the right to cancel your reservation. In such cases, the deposit amount and any payments made may be forfeited in accordance with Pelago’s cancellation and refund policies.
I made a purchase for Disney Adventure via Pelago website. Can I pay the balance upfront or pay up earlier?
Yes! Steps to pay early for Disney Adventure:
Log in to your account and locate your booking
Click into your booking and scroll to the payment section
Click “Pay Now"
Select a payment option:
Use the original payment method, or
Update your card details to pay with a new payment method by clicking on 'Edit'.
Complete full payment. A confirmation notification will be sent once payment is successful.
Important details:
Payment method can be changed, but currency cannot be changed.
The currency rate used for your second payment will be the same as your first payment.
A notification will be sent whenever the payment method is updated or full payment is completed.
The same steps apply if you want to update your card details before the second payment is due.
