Can I make changes to my room for my Disney Adventure Cruise booking?
Yes, you can! If you’d like to request changes to your confirmed Disney Adventure Cruise booking, simply reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help.

What fees apply when changing a Disney Adventure Cruise booking?
A 5% Pelago change processing fee applies to room changes for Disney Adventure Cruise bookings.
In addition, all change requests are subject to the following:
Availability confirmation from Disney Cruise Line (DCL)
Any fare differences that may result from your change request
Disney Cruise Line’s room cancellation policies if the request is made less than 90 days before the sail date
Please note: All fees are determined based on the date the change is processed, not the date the request is submitted.
How are Disney Adventure Cruise room changes processed?
Here’s how the process works for Disney Adventure Cruise room changes:
We’ll first let you know the exact fees involved, including the 5% Pelago change processing fee, so you can decide comfortably
If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll share a new Pelago booking link for you to complete a new Disney Adventure Cruise booking and secure your requested changes
Once the new booking is confirmed, your existing Pelago Disney Adventure Cruise booking will be cancelled to complete the change request
We’ll guide you through each step and keep you informed along the way.
How is the 5% Pelago change processing fee calculated for a Disney Adventure Cruise booking?
The 5% Pelago change processing fee is calculated based on the amount you have already paid for your Disney Adventure Cruise booking.
Example:
If you paid a 10% deposit for your Disney Adventure Cruise booking, 95% of that deposit will be refunded. The remaining 5% is retained as the Pelago change processing fee
Can I keep my existing discount when upgrading my Disney Adventure Cruise booking?
No, you won’t be able to keep your existing discount when making changes or upgrades to your Disney Adventure Cruise booking.
Any discounts applied to your original booking (for example, a 50% promotional discount) will be forfeited once a change or upgrade is made.
If there are any ongoing promotions at the time of your new booking, you may choose to apply them to your updated Disney Adventure Cruise booking, subject to availability and eligibility.
Changes to Sail Date
Can I change my sail date for my Disney Adventure Cruise booking?
Yes, changing the sail date for a Disney Adventure Cruise may be possible, subject to availability and Disney Cruise Line’s policies.
What to do first:
Visit the Disney Cruise Line website
Check whether your preferred new sail date is available
If the date is available, we can help you request the change
If the preferred date is fully booked, unfortunately, the sail date change cannot be processed.
Important things to note:
In line with Disney Cruise Line’s policy, sail date changes cannot be processed within 91 days before the sailing date
If a change is requested after this period, the original booking will be cancelled and rebooked
This will be subject to:
Disney Cruise Line’s room cancellation fees
A 5% Pelago cancellation fee

Name spelling or title corrections
Requests made 46 days or more before your sail date:
These changes can typically be made without a fee
We recommend reaching out as early as possible (ideally as soon as your booking is confirmed or at least 90 days before sailing) for smoother processing
Requests made within 45 days of your sail date:
A fee of USD 50 per passenger name will apply
Example: Changing 2 passenger names in one Disney Adventure Cruise booking = USD 100
Adding or swapping passengers
If you are adding or replacing a passenger, this may result in a fare difference for your Disney Adventure Cruise booking
If a fare difference applies, a 5% Pelago change processing fee will also be charged
