Where can I see where my room is located?

Your voucher (with your room number) will be sent to you within 100 days before your sail date, once everything is finalised.

Room Changes & Requests

Can I make changes to my Disney Adventure Cruise booking?

Yes, some changes can be requested after your booking is confirmed. However, all change requests are subject to:

  • Availability from Disney Cruise Line

  • Any applicable fare differences

  • The type of voucher issued for your booking

Please note, a 5% change processing fee applies if your request can be accommodated.

If your booking was made through Kris+, the original Kris+ booking must be cancelled first. Any rebooking with the requested changes will then be made through the Pelago website to complete the update.

What types of room changes can I request on my Disney Adventure Cruise booking?

You can request the following changes to your room or booking, subject to availability and fare differences:

  • Changing the room type or category (e.g. inside, ocean view, balcony)

  • Requesting a different room location on the same deck or area of the ship

  • Requesting a connecting room for families or groups

  • Requesting a different deck level

  • Requesting themed rooms, connecting rooms, or stateroom upgrades

  • Changing of sail dates (i.e rescheduling)

All requests are subject to availability and confirmation from Disney Cruise Line.

How does the 5% change processing fee work?

When you request changes to your room/booking, Pelago will first check with Disney Cruise Line to confirm whether the requested change is available.

If the change can be accommodated:

  1. Your existing Pelago booking will be cancelled.

  2. A new booking will be created with the updated details.

  3. A 5% change processing fee will be charged based on the amount paid for the original booking.

  • This means that 95% of the amount paid will be refunded, and the remaining 5% will be retained as the change processing fee

  • Example: If you paid a 10% deposit, we will refund 95% of that deposit amount after deducting the 5% change fee.

The 5% processing fee applies to any of the room or booking changes listed in the “types of room changes” section.


Passenger Information & Corrections

Can I make changes to the passengers in my booking?

Yes! We can help you with updates to your passenger information. Here are the changes we typically support:

  • Correcting a name: If a passengers' name was misspelt or needs adjustment

  • Changing date of birth: If a passengers' date of birth was entered incorrectly

  • Adding or removing passengers: For bookings where you need to adjust the size of your group

  • Swapping passengers: Replacing an existing passenger for a new passenger

Are there any charges for changing passenger information?

Good news! There is no charge for updates to passenger information if requested 46 days or more before your sail date. We recommend that you reach out to us as early as soon as your booking is confirmed or before 90 days your sail date to ensure that you won't get charged.

For requests made within 45 days of the sail date, a fee of USD 50 per name will apply.

Example: If you want to change 2 names in a single reservation, the total fee would be USD 100.

How do I provide passenger details for my Disney Cruise booking?

If your reservation currently shows only the lead traveller’s name, please contact us via Chat with the following details for all passengers. We’ll be happy to assist in updating your reservation:

Receiving Updates After Booking Changes

Will I be notified after changes are made to my Disney Cruise booking?

Yes! You will be notified either through your existing support ticket or by receiving a notification with your updated confirmation voucher once the changes have been processed.
