Planning and Making a Booking

To start planning your onboard experiences:

  1. Log in to your MyDisney account and link your cruise booking.

  2. Book experiences via My Reservations on the Disney website or through the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App.

Booking is available only after full payment and once you’ve completed your online check-in.


Premium Activities & Dining Reservations

When can I book premium activities or dining?

You can make premium activity or dining reservations once your cruise is fully paid and your booking window has opened.

Booking windows by Castaway Club membership level:

  • Concierge Guests: 130 days before sail date*

  • Pearl Castaway Club Members: 123 days

  • Platinum Castaway Club Members: 120 days

  • Gold Castaway Club Members: 105 days

  • Silver Castaway Club Members: 90 days

  • First-Time Guests: 75 days


Dining on Board

Types of Dining Reservations

  • Dinner: Reservations are required to secure your preferred dining time. Currently, there are two dinner timings available: 5:45 PM and 8:15 PM.

  • Breakfast & Lunch: Open to all guests! No reservation needed, so you can enjoy at your convenience

    • If you prefer a buffet-style meal for breakfast and lunch, you can dine at:

      • Enchanted Summer Restaurant

      • Pixar Market Restaurant

    • If you prefer sit-down dining, you can choose Navigator’s Club

Can I change my dining time?

You can request a change to your dining time in two ways:

  1. Through the Disney Navigator App: After completing full payment and online check-in, you can request either of the two available dinner times (5:45 PM or 8:15 PM) directly in the app

  2. Upon arrival: Visit the Guest Services Counters (Deck 6, Town Square) between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM on your arrival day to indicate your preferred dinner time (5:45 PM or 8:15 PM).

Please note: Both options allow you to request your preferred dining time only. Your confirmed dining time will be sent to you via the Disney Navigator App once the reservation is finalised.


Onboard Activities & Child Facilities

What types of child facilities are available onboard?

Included with your cruise:

  • Waterslides, Splash Zones & Wading Pools

  • Disney's Oceaneer Lab: Ages 3 to 10

  • Disney's Oceaneer Club (Edge): Ages 11 to 14

  • Disney's Oceaneer Club (Vibe): Ages 14 to 17

Payable experiences:

  • Royal Court Royal Tea: A tea party with Disney Characters for children ages 3 to 12

  • Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique & The Pirate’s League : Magical makeovers for children


Suggested Itinerary for Dining and Activities

Wondering how to make the most of your time on board? Here are some key activities you might like to include during your cruise. You can mix and match them depending on the length of your trip:

  • Explore the ship after check-in: Familiarise yourself with the different spaces and immerse yourself in the Disney magic.

  • Dining experiences: Try a variety of options, from upscale restaurants and buffet meals to poolside snacks or room service. With four restaurants included, plan to visit one per day.

  • Complimentary Character Experiences: Meet your favourite Disney characters and create magical memories.

  • Evening entertainment: Watch a Broadway-quality musical or other live shows suitable for the whole family.

  • Pool time and relaxation: Splash, swim, or simply unwind at the sparkling pool
