The magic doesn’t have to end once you’ve stepped off the Disney Adventure. ✨ We hope your voyage was a memorable one, but we understand that you may occasionally need help with post-sailing matters, such as reviewing unexpected charges or following up on items that may be missing.

As Pelago facilitates your initial booking, certain onboard and post-cruise matters are handled directly by Disney Cruise Line to ensure your privacy and security. If you have questions about anything that came up after your sailing, the Disney Cruise Line team will be best placed to assist you.


Help With Charges or Missing Items

If you notice unfamiliar charges on your statement or realise something was not included or missing from your cruise experience, Disney Cruise Line’s Guest Communications team can assist you directly.

When you get in touch, we recommend including:

  • Your full name

  • Your sailing date

  • Reservation or confirmation number

  • A clear description of the charge or missing item

  • Any supporting photos or documents (if applicable)
