How to book a hotel on Pelago

You can book as a guest or while signed in. Signing in is recommended for a faster checkout and easier access to your booking later.

Step 1 Search for a hotel

  1. Enter your destination, check-in and check-out dates, and the number of guests and rooms.

  2. Select Search.

  3. Use filters such as free cancellation, breakfast included, star rating, price and property type to narrow the results.

Please note: Hotel rates and room availability can change. Our chatbot is unable to check the latest rates or availability for you. Please enter your travel dates and guest details on the Pelago app or Pelago.com to view the latest available options.

Step 2 Choose your hotel and room

  1. Select a hotel to review its location, amenities, check-in information and property policies.

  2. Choose a room that fits your group. Check the bed type, maximum occupancy, room features and any extras such as breakfast.

  3. Review the total price and cancellation terms shown for that room rate.

  4. Select Book to continue.

Select Room details if you need more information before booking.

Important: Cancellation terms are set for each room rate. Check them carefully before booking.

Step 3 Enter the guest details

  1. Check the hotel, dates, number of guests, room, inclusions, cancellation terms and total price in the order summary.

  2. Enter the lead guest's full name exactly as it appears on an official ID or passport. The hotel will verify at check-in.

  3. Check the email address and contact number. Your booking confirmation and voucher will be sent to the email address provided.

  4. Add a special request if needed. Requests are sent to the hotel and are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

  5. Apply an eligible promo code or link your KrisFlyer account, if applicable, then select Continue to payment.

Review the order summary and complete the guest details.

Step 4 Pay and check your confirmation

  1. Choose one of the payment methods available at checkout.

  2. Review the final amount, cancellation terms and any additional charges shown as payable at the property.

  3. Complete payment before the checkout timer expires.

  4. After payment, check your email for the booking confirmation and voucher.

After payment

Keep your confirmation email and voucher. You will need the voucher and the lead guest's ID when checking in, according to the instructions shown in your booking.
