Easy to use, just scan qr and print ticket.
Easy to get the ticket but scanning the QR code. The bus was clean. The ride was smooth and arrived at KIX airport as scheduled. Better than taking the train as luggage is stored away from seats in luggage compartment.
Simple process. Scan the QR code in a small machine and get physical ticket and fund the destination bus bay outside the terminal (mine was number 5 for Osaka Umeda) and give the ticket to bus captain and board
Convenient way to get to the airport without having to stress over your luggages! Easy redemption. You will have to exchange for the actual bus ticket at the ticket machine at Hotel New Hankyu with the QR code voucher received from Pelago.
Very easy to use the e-ticket and a smooth journey to the airport. Just be aware that Namba is a huge transport interchange so factor in a bit of time to walk between the trains and OCAT if you are arriving on local subway
