Usage
Please check in at the kiosk at 721 Government Street, directly out-front of The Fairmont Empress Hotel no later than 15 mins prior to your scheduled departure
You will need to redeem your voucher for a boarding pass prior to boarding you tour with our kiosk staff under the red umbrellas

15 Jun to 2 Sep: hourly 11:00-18:00 & 20:00 & 22:00. On Fireworks Saturday nights: If the fireworks end after 22:00, the last shuttle to downtown will depart 15 minutes after the fireworks are over
