• On the date of departure, guests must be on time at the hotel lobby following the pickup time provided. Any lateness or delays over 15 minutes from the departure time will result in a no-show. The full tour fee will be charged in such cases

• A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
• If your pickup and drop-off accommodation is outside the tour operator's service range, your booking might be canceled, or a surcharge may be applied
