• Please enter the English name on the passport of all travelers when making a reservation.
• Please bring a swimsuit, beach towel, a change of clothes, simple shower supplies, and snacks.
• Please note that feeding or collecting coral or fish is prohibited.
• Flippers are provided free of charge. If you would like to rent flippers, please indicate this in your request.
• Luggage such as carriers will be safely stored by the relevant company and returned to you after the tour. If you would like to store your luggage, please indicate the number and size of your luggage in the request.
• The photos you take will be sent to your email by the tour operator as a Google Drive link.
• Photos are stored for approximately one month (or sooner depending on company circumstances).
• If you do not receive your photos within a week after the tour, please let us know.

[Pickup and Sanding]

• When making a reservation, please provide the exact name of the hotel where you would like to be met and dropped off.
• If you are picking up in Pattaya and ending in Bangkok, you must select the pick-up option to proceed.
• The exact pick-up time will be provided by the tour operator via email the day before your reservation.
• It is best to check the meeting time on the morning of the tour as there are cases where the information is given late the night before.
• Please also check your spam/junk mailbox as it may be marked as spam.
• On the day of the tour, please wait on the first floor of the lobby of your hotel.
• Pick-up in Pattaya is usually between 11:00-11:30, but in outlying areas it may be later.
• Due to the nature of group tours with other people, we cannot contact you separately or wait for you if you are late. If you miss the pick-up, there is no refund, so please be on time for the meeting.
