Due to the rainy season (June - August), the outdoor observation deck on the 78th floor may be temporarily closed during inclement weather, such as rain or storms, for safety reasons

Awesome spot to catch the sunset and get a killer city view. I went on Friday, and it wasn't even that crowded. It was super windy, so you might wanna tie your hair back.
