In the morning we will do a little run on the beach or exercise, then breakfast with some fruits that we’ll be buying along the way in the highway the day before. We do a beach clean up and enjoy a local fish soup for lunch. Then we'll driving to a botanical garden called Lancetilla to see the most important collection of exotic plant species in Latin America, especially fruit trees and timber, wihch give the place a unique landscape. In the evening we'll be making another bornfire and sleeping at the beach under the stars again.

In the morning we depart to La Ceiba to hike in Pico Bonito National park were we’ll going to the most pristine waterfalls Honduras has. Then we'll be dropping you in the afternoon in La Ceiba just in time to get the ferry or in your desired hotel
