• The minimum number of participants for departures from Naha is 10 adults, while departures from Chatan require at least 15 adults. If the minimum number is not met, the activity will be canceled. You will be notified via the message board one to two days before the activity.
• Children aged 0–2 can participate in the Naha whale watching activity for free. However, you must enter the number of infants when booking. If you inform us of an infant's presence only on the day of the activity, you may be unable to board due to the boat being full. Please note that adults cannot request a refund on the grounds of needing to care for an infant.
• For safety reasons, wheelchair users are not permitted to participate in this activity. This also applies to those who can walk only with difficulty.
• If you and your companions are booking separately, please ensure you use the same representative name or inform us of all booking numbers via the message board in advance to avoid being assigned to different boats on the day of the activity. Please be aware that if you do not inform us in advance, you may be assigned to different boats, and we will be unable to make adjustments on-site.
• The activity duration may vary depending on the tracking of humpback whales. We appreciate your understanding.
  
• For safety reasons, we cannot accept pregnant guests or those who may be pregnant. We appreciate your understanding. Guests who are refused boarding on the day due to pregnancy will not be eligible for a refund.
• The activity may be canceled or the schedule changed due to weather conditions, sea states, etc. In the worst-case scenario, you may be notified of a last-minute cancellation upon arrival at the meeting point. Please check the message board before departure.
  
• For participants with infants or elderly guests: Winter waves in Okinawa can be high. Depending on the wave conditions on the day, we may refuse boarding to young children or the elderly. In such cases, a full refund will be provided. We appreciate your understanding.
• Even if it rains, the activity will proceed as scheduled if the wind and waves are calm and conditions are safe. The decision to sail is made by our experienced captain. Requests for cancellations and refunds due to personal reasons (e.g., poor weather, car breakdown, illness, etc.) will not be accepted.
• In the event of poor sea conditions such as strong winds or high waves, the activity will be canceled for safety reasons. In such cases, you may change your participation date free of charge. If you are unable to change the date, a full refund will be processed through the platform.
• Please understand that humpback whales are wild animals, and there is a possibility that we may not be able to spot or encounter them on the day of the activity. There is no compensation or refund if humpback whales are not sighted.

≪Notes on the Naha Whale Watching + Churaumi Aquarium Ticket Package≫

• Churaumi Aquarium tickets cannot be collected in advance; please pick them up during check-in on the day of your whale watching tour.
• Children under 6 years old can enter for free, so the cost does not include a Churaumi Aquarium ticket for them.
  
• This tour does not provide transfer services to Churaumi Aquarium. Please visit the aquarium on your own during your stay in Okinawa.
  

≪Notes on Naha Fixed-Point Transfer Service≫

1. If you request a transfer after 15:00 (Japan Time) on the day before departure, or if you make a booking after 15:00 (Japan Time) on the day before departure, we will be unable to provide transfer services even if you have filled in the pick-up/drop-off location. Please make your own way to the Mie-Gusuku Port in Naha. Thank you for your understanding.
2. After 15:00 (Japan Time) on the day before departure, changes to pick-up/drop-off locations are not permitted. Please gather at the originally specified pick-up point.
3. Free fixed-point transfer services are arranged on a first-come, first-served basis. If fully booked, we will be unable to provide the service.
4. When there are many passengers using the free fixed-point transfer service in Naha city, you may need to wait at the port for an extended period (waiting for 30 minutes or more for both outbound and return trips). This is because the vehicle may need to make two trips and/or wait for passengers scattered across different boats to return to the port before departing or to properly pick up/drop off all passengers.
5. If the shuttle bus needs to make two trips to pick up passengers, the departure time of the shuttle bus may be adjusted. If this occurs, you will be notified via the message board the day before the activity. Please be sure to check your inbox or add the service provider's communication app (Line/Whatsapp) in advance.
6. The times listed on the page are the departure times of the shuttle bus. Please arrive at the meeting point early. We will not wait for latecomers. If you miss the shuttle bus due to personal reasons or lateness, you will need to make your own way to the port at your own expense.
7. There is no space for luggage or strollers on the shuttle bus or at the port. Please do not bring them.

≪Limited Time Offer≫ 

If you fail to spot a humpback whale between February 1, 2027, and March 15, 2027, we will provide one of the following options:

However, please note that a humpback whale sighting will be considered successful if any of the following conditions are met:

● Humpback whale spouting behavior is seen from a distance.

● Other passengers on the day spot a humpback whale.
