Phuket Patong Hug Elephant Sanctuary is the perfect place to experience the
natural and ethical side of Phuket. Just a stone’s throw from Patong Beach and
the renowned Simon Cabaret Show, you can feed elephants, bathe them, try on
traditional Thai costumes, and even learn to make herbal balls or Thai
desserts. You can look forward to a truly heartwarming encounter with our
gentle elephant friends.

[Basic Package]
- Hotel Pick-up (Approximate pick-up times: Morning session: 8:00-9:00 HRS / Afternoon session: 12:30 - 13:30 HRS). Please refer to your voucher for the exact meeting time.
- Arrive at Patong Hug Elephant Sanctuary. Check in, receive your wristband, and enjoy a welcome drink (coffee, tea, and snacks)
- Change into traditional Thai costumes.
- Learn about elephants—their stories, habits, and how to feed them.
- Learn to make Vitamin Balls and Herbal Compress Balls.
- Feed elephants bananas/sugarcane, interact closely with them, and take photos together.
- Bathe the elephants and join them for a scrubbing session (exfoliation).
- Take a shower (hot water provided) and change clothes.
- Return to hotel (Morning session: 11:00 HRS / Afternoon session: 15:30 HRS)

- Return to Hotel (Morning session: 12:30 HRS, Afternoon session: 17:00 HRS).

Additional information
- Pregnant women are not allowed to join the tour. You must inform us in advance when booking. Otherwise, if discovered on the tour day, you will be denied participation without a refund.
- An additional charge of 100 THB per item (including strollers) applies for carrying luggage. Advance notice is required to reserve vehicle space. Otherwise, the driver may refuse transport. Luggage can be stored at the reception and collected upon departure.
- The sanctuary provides free candid photo-taking, with photos available for download the next day. However, as these are non-professional snapshots, the quantity and quality are not guaranteed.
- Recommended Items to Bring: Towel, sandals, change of clothes (mandatory), and sunscreen.
- Free traditional Thai costumes are provided (pants not included). Please return after use.
- Phuket often experiences heavy traffic during major holidays. Please be prepared for potential delays. If you cannot accept this, please refrain from booking.
