- 1.The Tianzi Mountain Cableway, Yangjiajie Cableway, Huangshizhai Cableway, and Bailong Elevator are located in different areas of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and can only be used after purchasing the park’s main entrance ticket.
2.Please ensure you bring your original passport before purchasing tickets; use is not permitted without the original ID.
3.In case of temporary maintenance on some cableways, please plan your itinerary to use other operational cableways. Maintenance updates will be posted on official notices.
4.No partial refunds will be given once the combined ticket is used; unused rides are non-refundable.
5.Purchase Limit: Each ID can buy only one main entrance ticket product and one Three Cableways & One Elevator transportation ticket within the 4-day validity period across all platforms. Avoid duplicate orders to prevent ticket issuance failure.
6.On-site equipment may fail to verify your ID if the ID card is demagnetized; if this happens, please visit the ticket window for assistance. Thank you for your understanding.
7.Pets are not allowed in the park.
8.People with heart disease, hypertension, mental disorders, or under the influence of alcohol should not use these facilities.
