Highlights
The Tarangire National Park is located between the meadows of Masai Steppe to the southeast and the lakes of the Great Rift Valley to the north and west. Among the rolling area where the park lies, it occupies an area of 2,600 square kilometers. The perennial Tarangire River takes over the northern part of Tarangire. Through the cut ditches, the River flows upwards up to when it leaves the corner of the park, in the North West flowing into Lake Burungi. There are a number of wide swamps which dry into green plains during the dry season in the south.

Flying to Arusha Airport from Dar es salaam and proceed with Tarangire full day Safari game drive.

The flight will depart from Dar es Salaam at 0700 am and arrive at Arusha airport at 0900am morning. Outside arrivals exit you will meet our representative for 10 minutes Safari briefing. After breakfast, your guide will drive you to Tarangire National Park. It will take 3hours to arrive at the entrance gate. Tarangire is famous for its large population of elephants, many species of birds, baobab trees and many other animals. It is also known for having tree climbing pythons.
