You can choose from two different trail runs: 1) technically demanding run through stony deserts and oases (19km, 500 d+), and 2) relatively flat trails through movie sets (20km, 150 d+). The first option, technically demanding and only for experienced trail runners (there are very stony sections without paths), starts with a tough section with a very faint path and big stones. It's worth it, though, as it brings us to the top of a canyon with big cliffs and a beautiful view over our first oasis. After a section with comfortable paths (around 4km), we get on another isolated section where you'll feel like you are in the middle of nowhere –amazing! Finally, we end up in the famous and peaceful oasis of Fint. The second option (technically easy) starts through a lunar landscape for around 6km. The trail then passes by an old movie set with impressive views over the valley of Ouarzazate. We then run accross a river and beautiful fields with palm trees in order to reach the movie set which was used for the majestic castle of Kingdom of Heaven. We then run through another 5km of desert, which brings us to the end of our run.
