- Please arrive at the McKinnon Box Office (1013 Beijing West Road) 30 minutes before the show to exchange your electronic admission code for a paper ticket.
- Advance ticket collection is not allowed. One ticket, one code.
- Late arrivals may not be admitted and will not be refunded.

- Wednesday–Sunday: 14:00 – 19:00
- Ticket exchange begins 30 minutes before the show only
- Show includes flashing lights, smoke, and laser effects.
- No fixed seating; guests freely explore the performance space.
- Personal belongings (bags, coats, electronics) must be stored in the cloakroom.
- Phones and devices will be sealed in Yondr pouches upon entry.
