Setting off from The Lounge you will explore beneath the sails, venturing to
theatres before they go live ahead of the night’s performances.
After the tour, for customers booking the Bennelong Experience Package, the
guide will escort you to your dinner booking at Bennelong, the Sydney Opera
House’s signature restaurant, with a menu created by Peter Gilmore, one of
Australia’s most celebrated chefs. Indulge in a two course dining experience
paired with matching Australian wines, and soak up the atmosphere and views
from one of Sydney’s best restaurants.
And for customers booking the Midden Experience Package, the guide will escort
you to your dinner booking at Midden by Mark Olive, where you will dine
alfresco style with uninterrupted harbourside views. Indulge in a curated
menu, drawing inspiration from Ambassador Chef Mark Olive’s Indigenous
Australian heritage, showcasing native Australian ingredients to create an
authentic Australian culinary experience.
