- From 3:00 AM to 4:30 AM Japan time, QR codes will not be displayed due to maintenance.

However, please note that even if you use a recommended browser or system, you may still encounter compatibility issues if your device or environment is incompatible with the website. If you experience any problems, you may need assistance to resolve them.
- Once you have started using a ticket or your ride, we will not issue refunds for any reason.

- Please use the dedicated ticket gate for digital tickets. It is not compatible with stations or gates without dedicated ticket gates.
- If you cannot display your digital ticket due to your mobile device being lost, malfunctioning, or running out of battery, you cannot use it. Additionally, we are unable to process any reissues or refunds.
- If you exit at any station, the ticket you used will not be valid for re-entry.
- If you want to take a reserved seat on the train, please purchase a separate limited express or reserved seat ticket.
