You can enjoy lunch freely during your approximately 3-hour stay in Otaru, and
your tour guide will provide recommendations on where to eat.

It may take up to 3 days from the payment date to receive confirmation. Even
after confirmation, the tour may be canceled 7 days before your travel date
due to insufficient participants or company circumstances. In such cases, we

particular, if you book within 72 hours of the departure time, there is a
possibility of cancellation one day before due to reasons such as reaching
capacity.
► Is the price the same for adults and minors?
Since the price is per seat, it is the same for those aged 5 and older. For
this destination, there is quite a lot of time spent in the vehicle, so for a
comfortable environment, only those aged 5 and older can board. If you are
traveling with children, please bring proof of age, such as a passport, on the
day of the trip.
► Is the tour guide Korean?
All tour guides are Korean.
► Is it okay to book separately if I am traveling with a group?
It is fine to book separately. However, if you book separately, please kindly
include this information in the 'Requests' section when booking. If there is
no such information, there is a possibility that you may not be assigned to
the same vehicle as your group.
► Can I store luggage in the vehicle? Is there a limit on the number of items
per person?
There is a separate luggage compartment in the vehicle, so you can store your
luggage, and there is no limit on the number of items. However, we cannot
provide compensation for damage or loss during vehicle transport.

All destinations allow for free time, so you can take as much rest as you
wish. Elderly travelers are also participating in the tour without any
difficulty.
► Can you make reservations for local restaurants?
The Korean office handling inquiries cannot provide a local restaurant
reservation service. However, if you ask your tour guide on the day of the

each traveler has different budgets, preferences, and requirements for
choosing accommodation, and we do not handle accommodations separately.
► Do I receive anything separately after booking?
There are no tickets or vouchers sent separately after your reservation is
confirmed. We verify your identity using your name and contact information on
the day of the trip. Therefore, there are no documents you need to prepare on
the day of the trip. Please only bring proof of age, such as a passport, if
you are traveling with children.
► Can you provide pick-up and drop-off at my accommodation when participating
in the tour?
