We will then cruise into the jungle through small, yet complex canal systems. This landscape provides a glimpse into typical river life along the Mekong Delta. Our boat will also be stopped at a four-decade old noodle village and we will participate in the making of rice noodles the traditional way.
Then, we will get on the car and drive for an hour. We cruise into the meandering canals of Lung Ngoc Hoang Nature Reserve, which is surrounded by water hyacinth and water lettuce covering the surface.
