- Enjoy a fully guided, hands-on ramen-making experience where each table is equipped with a detailed instruction booklet, and friendly instructors are available to assist throughout. You’ll create your own ramen from scratch—kneading, rolling, and cutting the noodles, then boiling and draining them to perfection. Prepare your chicken garnish by seasoning, cooking, and slicing it, or opt for tofu for vegetarian or vegan preferences (please inform us in advance). Choose from a variety of broths and sauces to craft your perfect flavor. Finally, combine the noodles, soup, and toppings to complete your delicious bowl.
