The platform can accommodate a maximum of 30 people. The maximum number of participants depends on the wind force.

Please check the current balloon weather [here](https://berlinhelicopter.de/ballonwetter2/) before your visit. The balloon weather will be updated after the test drive (about 10:00).

Arrive at 10:00 AM and you will find out directly at the box office whether the weather permits operation

The Welt balloon rises every 15 to 20 minutes. It can happen that you are standing at the cash desk and the balloon is just about to go up. In this event, you can enjoy a seat in the balloon garden, have a drink and look forward to your ride.
