Our driver was already there when we arrived and met us right after the arrivals exit (after exiting the baggage belt), and walk us all the way to the car. The ride was smooth and comfortable. One small thing I would recommend to upgrade is clearer guidance with visuals or pictures of pick-up point. Other than that, it was an overall great ride!
