Christmas market can be visited prior the start of the Schönbrunn Palace tour. Self-guided tour of the palace starts after the closing hours of the palace. Entrance to the concert opens at 20:00.

Swap your smartphone voucher for a paper ticket at Orangery Schönbrunn Ticket office (nr1)
You will get a concert ticket, a voucher for the Christmas market, and instructions for a self-guided tour
The concert can take place at the Schönbrunn Orangery, at the White-and-Gold-Room, or at the Great Gallery
You'll be informed upon collecting your paper ticket
