A 4x4 assistance vehicle is available throughout the activity and it has a permanent radio connection with the balloon
Full names and the average weight of each passenger must be given on the booking, as well as the phone number/whatsApp to be able to contact the participants
It is necessary to stand for the duration of the flight, means, no seats on the balloon(basket)
Pets, Weapons or sharp objects, Smoking, Alcohol, and drugs are not allowed during the flight
