Jinshueiying Historical Walk
For more than 500 years, people from all ages, including aborigines, Qing Dynasty soldiers, foreign missionaries, Japanese, cattle traders, and the Nationalist government, have walked on this trail. It is called the "Jinshuiying Ancient Trail".

It starts from Fangliao in Pingtung in the west and crosses the Central Mountain Range to Taitung. It is an ancient trail with the lowest mountain crossing point, the highest frequency of use, and the longest lifespan. Slowly descending from west to east, it takes about 6 to 8 hours to walk to the Guzilun Suspension Bridge in Taitung. The distance is about 16 kilometers!

The trail takes 6-8 hours to walk. Once you enter the ancient trail, you cannot turn back, so according to safety considerations.
