- Please make sure to present your voucher, either on your mobile device or as a printed copy, on the day of your trip to exchange it for a reserved-seat ticket at the ‘OKOSHI’ Bus ticket counter. If you do not present your voucher, we will not be able to issue the actual bus ticket. In that case, you will need to pay the full amount again to purchase a new ticket on site.
- Please complete the exchange procedure at the ‘OKOSHI’ Bus ticket counter at least 20 minutes before departure. Please allow sufficient time to complete the process.
※You cannot board the bus with only a voucher. - The adult fare applies to those of junior high school age and older (generally age 12 and above).
Children in elementary school (typically ages 6 to 11) should be booked under the child fare. Please note that a 12-year-old child who is still in elementary school will also be considered a child.

Step out of the west exit of JR Kyoto Station(2F), turn right and go straight down to the first floor along the Nanboku-Jiyu-Tsuro, and just cross the entrance building of PORTA underground shopping center, walk about 2 mins. (Find the Kyoto Tower building, the ticket counter is nestled outside on the ground floor across the Isetan Department store and the Kyoto Central post office.)

If you are coming by subway, please use Exit 6 of Kyoto Station and go up to the ground level. It takes about 1 minute.
