Cancellation Policy
- No cancellation and non-refundable.
- Consumer law may allow cancellation within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds only if Airalo has a service failure; must be requested within 30 days and remain unresolved after 10 days of support efforts.
Voucher Use
- Show mobile ticket and follow the installation guide to activate the eSIM.
- Voucher is open-dated and valid for 60 days.
