• Snorkeling activity is basic surface swimming with mask only (No snorkel tube or fins included)
  
• When registering for a tour, please carefully read the itinerary, tour price, inclusions and exclusions, as well as the cancellation policy.
• The quoted price is the average rate applied for individual guests joining a group of minimum 10 participants. In case the number of participants is insufficient, the company will inform you at least 10 days prior to departure and reschedule your trip to the nearest available date without any additional compensation.
• Guests are required to complete all procedures and settle the remaining tour balance 3 weeks before departure.
• Requests to leave the group for personal reasons such as visiting relatives or business will not be accepted. In necessary cases, guests must inform the company in advance and will be charged an additional fee as per regulations.
• Due to actual conditions, the itinerary may be adjusted flexibly; however, all sightseeing programs will still be fully ensured. Flight schedules may change at the last minute depending on airlines and weather conditions.
• In case guests are denied exit or entry due to personal reasons, the company will not be held responsible and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• Travel documents submitted will not be returned.
• Guests aged 75 and above are required to sign a health declaration and must be accompanied by a relative aged 18–55.
