Excellent service throughout the whole process. Clear communication before pickup, on-time service, and a safe and friendly driver. I highly recommend this service for your travel needs.
The service was excellent. The team was prompt in responding and very flexible in assisting me when I made a mistake with my booking, which saved me from missing my flight. I’ll definitely use their airport transfer service again when I’m back in Tokyo.
Driver Zhao Hua was the best driver anyone could ask for. He is kind, patient, and genuinely friendly. We were late for departure, yet he waited calmly for us without any complaint. Had he chosen to leave, we would almost certainly have missed our international flight. He also helped us with our luggages without hesitation, handling everything carefully with both hands and ensuring it was securely and neatly arranged in the vehicle. His driving was efficient yet very smooth. My husband, who gets car-sick easily, felt perfectly comfortable throughout the journey. Upon arriving at the airport, he patiently unloaded our luggages and even checked the backseat to make sure we hadn’t left anything behind. We are extremely grateful for his professionalism and kindness, and highly recommend him.
