Expect to to mix different gluten-free flours, learn the best ways of kneading, and all the secrets to obtaining the perfect dough. There will also be a cooking demonstration of the sauce that will be served with the gluten-free pasta, and the best cooking technique for the perfect pasta al dente. Guests are welcome to BYOB!
