Plešivica is famous Croatian wine region located 30 km southwest of Zagreb with centuries-old tradition in wine-growing and making a wide selection of high-quality and renowned wines with the emphasis on white and sparkling wines. You will have the opportunity to visit two local wineries, meet local wine-makers and try a selection of wines with distinctive aroma and taste.
Besides enjoying in wine tasting and beautiful landscape of Zumberak Samobor Hills Nature Park you will have the option to have a short hike up to the ruins of 13th century Samobor Castle and/or to explore the city of Samobor famous for its interesting culinary tradition and well-preserved 19th century charm.

There is also an option for a short hike to the ruins of 13th century Samobor Castle. Passing through this beautiful countryside landscape we will stop in a two local wineries to taste premium wines and traditional homemade specials. Our visit will include a guided tour of the wine cellar accompanied by interesting stories of wine-growing tradition in this region.
