- You must exchange your electronic voucher (QR code) at the JR Bus Ticket Counter in Sannomiya Bus Terminal (M-INT KOBE).
- Please complete the exchange within 2 months of voucher issuance.
- The Highway Bus Oiso uses non-reserved seating, and boarding may be restricted when buses are full.
- If the bus is delayed due to road or weather conditions, no refund or compensation will be provided.
- The 1-Day Pass is valid only on the date written or stamped on the physical ticket.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged physical tickets cannot be reissued.
- The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers. Please arrive at the bus stop early.
- Luggage is restricted to a maximum of 10kg, 0.027m³, or 1m in length.
- Passengers carrying dangerous items or causing inconvenience to others may be refused boarding.
