Yande was great as he drove my sister , niece and myself up the mountain . He was extremely safe and very careful . He also assisted us to take photos - he was so great at it too . Highly recommend him and this tour .

Had Putu as our jeep driver and he was a committed photographer as well. :) I would highly recommend him. Had Wayan as the driver who picked us up from the hotel.

Edhy (jeep driver) and Tarisa (specially arranged driver as we stayed outside Ubud) made this early morning trip and nearly 3 hours plus journey worth the efforts and money. Edhy was very professional and prepared us well for the cold and rough terrain. He is such a good photographer. Tarisa was very careful and experienced driver, very patient, hospital. She knew when and how to engage travelers in interesting conversation during the long journey. We managed to catch the beautiful sunrise, marvelous black lava and yummy coffee tasting. Thanks to Edhy and Tarisa for making this possible.

Pickup at 2.30am was punctual though the driver could have been a bit friendlier (he was much better on the return trip!) The facilities at the place where we switched to the jeep could have been better. The jeep ride itself was good & Edy our driver was very good. He shared info abt the area while we waited for sunrise. He also helped us take lots of pics & even a time-lapse video!
