Ramen has become a world-famous Japanese dish. In this hands-on cooking class, we will make ramen noodle and soup from scratch. We offer 2 options for a side dish. Sushi option (9:30-12:30) and Gyoza option (13:30-16:30). Our sushi option is unique in that we make Osaka style sushi "oshizushi" - pressed sushi, with Wagyu beef and vegetables as ingredients. We also make Japanese rolled egg and make egg sushi. Gyoza is another Japanese dish that has rapidly gained popularity in recent years. At a ramen shop, ordering ramen and gyoza as a set is a staple in Japan. *Please leave a note upon booking for vegetarian option / pescatarian option / no-fish option. *Gluten-free option is not available.
