Very easy to navigate and use after 23 hours of travelling. Platforms 1 & 2 are best to get to Amsterdam Centraal. Swipe as you come out of the station - no problem!

It went well. Except for the part stated that I need to print the ticket which it cost me unnecessary £3.50 for me to print to 2 pieces while I’m in London. I don’t see why we need to print the tickets when we can just scan the code from our phone.
