This adventure begins at our office in Panajachel and we head over to our first stop which is San Antonio Palopo. In this colorful small town on the edge of the lake our main stop is the Cafe Tuk, a small local coffee shop known for its organic coffee. Here, the coffee making process is a hands-on experience, with beans manually smashed to create a fresh and authentic brew.Panajachel
