The tour departs from the Austin Visitor Center, 103 East 5th Street, Austin, TX 78701, USA. Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in; late arrivals cannot delay the tour. Guests with young children must arrive 30 minutes beforehand to install car seats in the van. Parking is not available directly at the Visitor Center. Metered parking is on 5th Street near the Mexic-Arte Museum and across the street. Additional parking is on nearby streets, including Congress Avenue, or at the Frost Bank Garage, 401 E 4th St.
