Our meat is naturally deboned (deboned at the Manno Factory), and we buy whole animals with hormones included! That's why we are proud of our fresh meat and fresh hormones. We aim to be the only yakiniku restaurant among the 20,000 or more yakiniku restaurants!!
We meet directly with farmers and producers and carefully inspect our beef at the central market. We only use heifers that are over 30 months old, and we pay close attention to their pedigree and offer only beef with a low melting point.

Premium Queen's MANNO wagyu beef is delivered to customers' tables approximately 10 days after being processed at the slaughterhouse. We hear about beef being aged for dozens of days, sometimes more than two months, but Manno Wagyu's full flavor and aroma are brought out by aging it for about seven days.
