Key points:
Rotorua Ziplines and Rotorua Rafting operate every day, rain or shine, except Christmas Day and New Year's Day (25th December and 1st January)
Four ziplines over waterfalls and one swing bridge, over 2 hours.
We will provide all safety gear. Please bring comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and covered footwear. You will also need to bring a swimsuit and a towel for the rafting.
Trip times are 9am or 12pm Zipline to meet with either a 12pm or 3pm Raft. Others on demand.
Allow 5 hours
All zipliners will need to be able to walk about 400m through the forest on the boardwalks.
Age limit: 10 years and above for the combo. Those aged between 10 and 12 will do the grade 3 section of the Kaituna River (i.e., half trip). They will be fully guided to the halfway mark of the Kaituna River, as you have to be 13 to run the full Kaituna River trip.
Weight limit: 130kg
Adult Age: 13 and over
Unfortunately, we are unable to take those who are pregnant or those with certain medical conditions. Please be aware that if you are over 130kg, we cannot take you ziplining. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact us directly.

We can’t wait to have you join us for the ultimate Rotorua adventure with our
Zipline and Raft Combo! Here’s the scoop:
Bring along your swimsuit and towel, and we’ll take care of the rest. For the
rafting, we’ll provide wetsuits, booties, and all safety gear, and for
ziplining, you’ll be fully equipped and harnessed up! The entire combo
experience takes about 5 hours, with 1 hour on the river and an exhilarating
time soaring through the forest on the ziplines. Plus, we have free lockers,
changing rooms, and outdoor showers so you can freshen up after all the fun!
Feeling a bit nervous? No worries! Our guides are pros who know every twist,
turn, and treetop. They’re here to make sure your adventure is not only
thrilling but safe from start to finish.
If you have any medical conditions or weigh over 130kg, please give us a quick
call beforehand.

Rafting and ziplining are adventure activities with inherent risks, including
river hazards, raft flipping, rapid weather changes, and natural events.
Rotorua Rafting and Ziplines prioritise safety and complies with Work Safe
Adventure Activity Regulations 2024, but some risks cannot be entirely
eliminated. Participants must follow guides’ instructions and use safety
equipment as directed. By joining, you accept these risks and acknowledge that
Rotorua Rafting and Ziplines are not liable for property loss or travel
