It was great. It was truly skipped the line. When I was in the line and the officer outside the booth asked me about a voucher, I just showed and told my name. The ticketed was released with him and already tagged my name and seat number on it. It was so fast. I appreciated it.

We loved this quirky puppet show portraying Vietnam’s customs & mythology. The musicians & puppeteers are truly talented.

Pelago should consider dropping this service provider. It is like a fraud that customer is being forced to accept non-VIP tickets as the reason given was the tickets were not available 10 minutes before the show.

A unqiue local cultural puppet show. Would have been useful to include option for translation audio device.

SCAM - DO NOT BOOK. The vendor will sell you tickets online whether or not they have them available. The show I booked was not available and when I showed up the vendor asked me to come back 6hrs later or the next day. The "instant confirmation" Pelago advertises is completely false and misleading. Better to book through a more reputable site.

Had a flight delay and so not able to attend at the planned time. So we lost completely our ticket. We try to recover but the agent told non refundable. So we walk in to buy the ticket directly and discover the prices for walk in is less than half... and actually there are allways some slot available and just did 3 min queu. The show is good, but is better not buy here and buy directly at the venue.
