We carefully prepare the ultimate grilled eel (kabayaki) through meticulous craftsmanship, using our traditional sauce passed down since our founding. The eel is perfectly cooked with just the right amount of fat, crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside!
Our traditional hitsumabushi, made with eel, rice, sauce, and tea (dashi), all carefully chosen, creates an unbeatable flavor. The secret to its unforgettable taste is our legendary sauce, perfected over decades at our main store. Be sure to also enjoy our wide variety of à la carte dishes.
