After your reservation is confirmed, the tour operator will send you the driver's contact information two days before the tour date.

We will deliver you to your hotel in Osaka Prefecture.

We will pick you up according to the flight's arrival time. If your flight arrives early or is delayed, we will check the flight's status and adjust the pick-up time accordingly.

On the day of your arrival, the driver will be waiting at the exit holding a sign with the representative's name on it.

We use legally operated vehicles with green licenses, and all passengers, including children, must be counted for.

Please select the appropriate vehicle based on the number of passengers and the amount of luggage.

Vehicle Personnel and Luggage Limitations:
- 7-seater vehicle: Maximum 5 adult passengers. The trunk accommodates 4 pieces of luggage up to 24 inches (inclusive)。
- 10-seater vehicle: Capacity for 8 adults. The trunk fits 8 pieces of luggage up to 24 inches。
