Each vehicle accommodates up to four guests, and driving duties may be rotated among eligible participants who meet the age and license criteria. Not all guests will drive for the full duration
For safety, helmets and closed-toe shoes are required for all buggy participants. Crocs-style footwear is not permitted
Minors under 18 must always be accompanied and directly supervised by a parent or legal guardian. Specifically, during all beach and aquatic activities, the responsible adult must remain within arm’s reach of the minor at all times
