The waterfall lies within a lush valley formed by volcanic activity, where spring water flows through dramatic basalt cliffs into a serene emerald pool. The site consists of three connected waterfalls. The first fall drops into a deep pond surrounded by subtropical forest, while the water continues gently to the second and third falls before flowing toward the sea.
