- Closed on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Public Holidays.
- All participants must acknowledge and complete an Indemnity Form upon booking confirmation.
- Pregnant individuals and those with heart conditions, back issues, or neck issues should consult a healthcare provider first.
- The onsite cafe operates from 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM daily for additional dining needs.
- Minimum age to participate in the flight experience is 10 years old.
- Participants should be in good overall health and free from medical conditions worsened by sensory effects.
- Standard bundles are available for 1 to 3 participants.
- Children must be at least 10 years old to join the tour and simulator experience.
- Participants under 18 years old require a legal guardian to sign all waiver forms on their behalf.
- Valid photo ID or passport.
- Mobile or printed Pelago voucher.
- Long pants (required for safety and comfort).
- Flat, covered shoes such as sports shoes, trainers, or sneakers.
- Not suitable for individuals with significantly reduced mobility due to the sensory effects of the motion simulator.
- Wheelchair access may be limited in specific simulator areas.
- Your booking will be confirmed manually within 72 hours.
- This activity is non-refundable. No cancellations or changes are permitted once the booking is confirmed.
