Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you—preferably via WhatsApp—to verify all necessary travel details. If they were not provided during booking, we may request your flight number, arrival or departure time, number of passengers, luggage details, and complete hotel or accommodation address.

Before the service, our team reviews your reservation and coordinates the driver and vehicle category selected at booking. Vehicle and luggage capacity varies by option, so please inform us in advance of any additional or oversized luggage.

We also encourage you to let us know about any special requirements, including wheelchair or mobility assistance, passengers requiring additional legroom, or specific comfort or safety needs.

For airport pickups, we monitor your flight in real time. Whether it arrives early or is delayed, we adjust the pickup accordingly. Your driver will be waiting at the agreed meeting point at Jorge Newbery Airport (AEP), assist with your luggage, and take you directly to your hotel or accommodation in Buenos Aires.

For hotel-to-airport transfers, your driver will meet you at your accommodation at the confirmed pickup time, assist with your luggage, and take you directly to AEP.
