Discover Banff's mountain town on a 5 km return walk from 12 Banff Avenue. The walk is mainly outdoors, with exterior views of heritage buildings and museums. There is no in-person guide, and attraction admission or interior access is separate. Gardens and museum hours can vary by season, but the outdoor route remains enjoyable when buildings are closed. Terraced garden paths may have steps or uneven surfaces, and winter conditions can affect the walk.
